    HeiQ Synbio Dry™ uses a synbiotic system in which active probiotics remain on the textile surface and become active during wear. As part of their natural activity, the probiotics generate biosurfactants that help reduce the surface tension of water by weakening the bonds between water molecules, allowing them to evaporate quicker. The result is a more even moisture distribution across the fabric surface, faster evaporation, and quicker drying of the textile.     HeiQ Synbio Dry™ supports faster drying through active probiotics on the textile surface that generate biodegradable biosurfactants during wear. These biosurfactants help lower the surface tension of water, allowing moisture to spread more evenly across the fabric and evaporate more quickly.

    Biosurfactants are biodegradable molecules produced by probiotics. They help weaken the bonds between water molecules, improving moisture spreading across the textile surface and supporting faster evaporation and drying.

    HeiQ Synbio Dry™ is designed to maintain key fabric properties such as breathability, softness, and overall comfort during wear, while enhancing moisture management performance.

    Yes, HeiQ Synbio Dry™ uses bio-based and biodegradable components.

    HeiQ Synbio Dry™ performance is validated using internationally recognised textile testing methods for moisture management and quick-dry performance. These include AATCC and GB/T standards that measure key parameters such as absorbency, wicking, drying rate, and overall moisture management capacity.

    Key test standards include:

    • AATCC 197: Vertical wicking test evaluating moisture transport over 10 or 30 minutes. 
    • AATCC 79: Drop absorbency test measuring how quickly liquid is absorbed (in seconds).
    • AATCC 201 (Hot Plate Method): Measures fabric drying rate under controlled heat and airflow, simulating sweating conditions.
    • AATCC 195 (MMT – Moisture Management Test): Comprehensive test assessing wetting time, absorption rate, spreading speed, one-way transport, and overall moisture management capacity (OMMC). 
    • GB/T 21655.1-2023: Evaluates moisture absorption and quick-drying performance before and after washing cycles.
